Update: Violent incident at Alexandra School

The Ministry of Education has confirmed there was an incident at the Alexandra School that resulted in one student being injured.

The injured student has been taken to medical facility for attention and police are investigating the matter.

The school was closed at 2 p.m. to allow for a complete investigation.
The Ministry says it will continue to monitor the progress of the investigations as well as the condition of the students involved,

It also pledged to provide the necessary support services to the students, teachers and staff of the Alexandra School
