Share FacebookTwitterLinkedinWhatsappEmail 1.3K The Democratic Labour Party (DLP) has unveiled an extensive schedule of events for November in celebration of Barbadosโ 50th Independence Anniversary. ย Speaking at a press conference on Wednesday morning, the DLPโs fourth vice president, Shaquani Hunte, shared details of the planned activities, inviting participation from members and the wider public. ย The celebrations kick off on November 1 with a casual Sunset and Chill Social cocktail evening. A flea market is to be held concurrently, providing local vendors a platform to sell their goods. ย November 17 brings a public meeting, where DLP leaders will address issues significant to Barbadians.
