Firearm and ammunition charges laid against 18-year-old

An 18-year-old is due to appear in court on Saturday after being charged with firearm and ammunition offences.

The Barbados Police Service’s Major Crime Unit said Dion Davidson Leacock, of No. 21 Dover Crescent, Cave Hill, St Michael, was arrested and formally charged with possession of a firearm and possession of seven rounds of ammunition. The offences were allegedly committed on December 27, 2025.

Leacock is scheduled to appear before the District ‘A’ Criminal Court. (PR/BT)
