DโNairo Greaves of Third Avenue New Orleans, is accused that on July 20, 2022 he had in his possession a โ19 Gen 4โ 9mm Luger calibre pistol without a valid licence and 14 rounds of ammunition without a valid permit.ย ย A nine-member jury on Wednesday heard evidence from police photographer PC Duane Alleyne, former constable Kareem Parris and forensic firearms examiner Station Sergeant David Leslie.ย ย Outlining the Stateโs case, State Counsel Paul Prescod said that police had cause to go to a Bush Hall house and on arrival allegedly saw the accused at a window with a firearm.
