Akinola Cumberbatch and Dontai Harding are accused of slaying Tamesh Ramdas, using a firearm without a valid licence to do so, and unlawfully and maliciously engaging in conduct which placed Keamo Hurdle, Chad Haynes, Davion Haynes, Daniel Odle and Thierry Lynch in danger of death or serious bodily harm on April 9, 2021.ย The two men appeared in the No. 3 Supreme Court before Justice Carlisle Greaves on Wednesday and the case was adjourned until September 14, when dates are expected to be scheduled for their case to be heard.ย ย Acting Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions Krystal Delaney is prosecuting, while Cumberbatch, of Lammings Housing Area, St Joseph, is represented by defence attorney Simon Clarke and Harding, of Sergeant Street, St John, is represented by Senior Counsel Angella Mitchell-Gittens.
