Kevin Emerson Victor, 42, of Plymouth Square, Cave Hill, St Michael, is accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Zabari Spooner on August 3. He pleaded not guilty when the charge was read by Acting Chief Magistrate Douglas Frederick. Bail was granted on the condition that he stay away from the virtual complainant. The case continues on October 7. Victor is represented by attorney Ensley Grainger.
