A St Philip man will face multiple charges in connection with the July 10 house fire at 1st Avenue, Chapman Lane, The City, St Michael that claimed the life of one woman and left two others hospitalized in critical condition.
Brian O’neal Brown, 33, of Eastbourne #1 has been charged with the murder of Janice Mitchell, 58, of 1st Avenue, Chapman Lane, St Michael.
He is also charged with two counts of serious bodily harm to Keisha Mitchell, 37, and her one-year-old daughter Halee Mitchell, both of Chapman Lane, St Michael.
Brown is also charged with arson.
He is scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court.
