Damian Ricardo Connell, of No 39 Piedmont Park, Long Gap, St Michael is charged with assaulting and resisting police constable Troy Mason on December 30 while he was executing his duties. He pleaded not guilty to the two offences and also to stealing two cellular phones worth $700 belonging to Terry Jordan on the same day.
