Manager Communications and PR, Carolyn Williams–Gayle said the Authority was working with the system developer to rectify the issue. “We do understand the frustration this timeout issue is causing to the registration process as well as the use of the website as we were also experiencing it internally. The developers are investigating the issue to find the root cause of the problem.
