Police reported on Saturday that 30-year-old Hamal Amal Lamar Phillips of Jackson Terrace, Stage 2, St Michael, was injured in an accident which occurred along Black Rock Main Road on Monday January 21 around 12:12 p.m. Phillips was the owner of motorcycle ME9157, while the other person involved was Robert Leslie Burrowes, 52, of #1 Glebe Land, St George. Phillips succumbed to his injuries around 11:00 p.m. that night at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
