Rorrey Ronald Fenty, 29, of Westland Heights, St George, pleaded not guilty to two charges and was granted bail in the sum of $1,000 and will return to court on June 6.
The charges are that on January 20, he unlawfully assaulted Lee-Ann Lingo while on the MV Dream Chaser and that on the same day, assaulted Andrew Thornton, occasioning him actual bodily harm.
The matter was in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court before Acting Magistrate Anika Jackson.
