Spreading the love

Clients and brokers were surprised and delighted last Thursday when teams from Sagicor Life Inc. hit the road to share treats and gifts with them, on Valentine’s Day. Bedecked in red, employees of the Group Insurance and Customer Experience departments rolled out their With Love, From Sagicor initiative, to show their appreciation.

As an expression of gratitude for their business and support throughout the year, employees of the Group Insurance department paid a visit to each of their partner insurance brokers. Employees and clients alike were gifted with sweet treats, nestled in a display with balloons and a teddy bear.

The team from the Group Insurance department was led by the department’s Vice President, Patricia Brathwaite-Marshall. “Brokers who sell our Sagicor products are an integral part of our client network. We thought that Valentine’s Day was a great occasion to let them know just how much we appreciate them.”

Meanwhile, at Sky Mall, the Customer Experience team catered to patrons with treats, took photos of them with a selfie-frame and gave Sagicor social media fans the opportunity to spin the wheel for a chance to receive a prize. Also on hand were Sagicor Advisors conducting financial check-ups and the company’s nurse to conduct blood pressure checks.

Manager of Customer Experience, Sagicor Life Inc. Cynthia Blackman spoke about their first community outreach event for the year. “We are happy to begin by spreading love to our customers who continually trust us with their financial needs.
