Dead is Ashton Renaldo Forde of Green Hill Main Road, St Michael. He was shot and killed around 9:35 p.m. yesterday at an area situated between Eden Lodge Main Road and Eden Lodge Boundary Road, St Michael. A Police patrol unit was patrolling the Eden Lodge area when they saw several people running towards them. The police made enquires and were told that someone had just been shot in the area. Police personnel did a search of the area and found Forde’s body lying in a track between two housing units. Medical personnel were summoned and an ambulance responded to the scene but later left after they said there were no signs of life. Police are appealing for anyone with information in this matter to contact District A Station at 430-7242 or 430-7246; Police Emergency at 211; Crime Stoppers 1 800 (TIPS) or any police station.
