Woman collapses, dies at Tweedside Road

Police are investigating the death of a woman in St Michael. Nicole Hinds, 59, of Oldbury, St Philip, collapsed and died at the Esso Service Station at Tweedside Road, police said. The incident happened just after noon on Saturday. Investigation are continuing.

Police have identified the man killed in a collision in St Philip in the wee hours of this morning. He is Frederick Jules of Sandford, St Philip. The body was discovered lying on the pedestrian crossing at Ruby Junction around midnight, police said. Investigations are ongoing.

Police have positively identified the body of the adult male found at Spencer’s, Christ Church, as that of 52-year-old Alwin Gooding of Charnocks in the parish. Police said the body was found in bushes just after 3:30 p.m. on Sunday.

Police are currently in Hopefield Development, Christ Church, where a body was found in the bushes near Charnock’s # 1. Police said the body of an adult male was found just after 3:30 p.m. More details as they come to hand.

UPDATE: Body found at Brandons Beach

The body of a man found floating in the water at Brandons Beach on Saturday has been identified as that of 61-year-old Ricardo Everette Nurse of Prince of Wales Road, Bank Hall, St Michael. Police said the identification was made by family members.
