The 19-year-old of Johnson Road, Workmans, St George was not required to plea to the murder charge after it was read by Magistrate Elwood Watts. Norville alias Short Boss was shot and killed on February 16, 2019 at Rock Hall, St George. His was the 11th murder for the year. Accused Clarke will reappear at the District ‘B’ Magistrates’ Court on April 3, 2019 in connection with the murder charge and April 5, 2019 in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court on a cannabis charge, which allegedly occurred on March 24.
