Update: Police identify murder victim

Police have identified the woman who was fatally stabbed this morning

She is 39-year-old Zanaba Moore of #19 Frere Pilgrim, Christ Church.

Earlier today, Police Public Relations Officer Acting Inspector Rodney Inniss told reporters at the scene that personnel at the Boarded Hall Police Station received a call from a man who reported that there was an altercation between a male and a female and the woman was stabbed. The man subsequently fled the scene.

When police arrived, they discovered the lifeless body of the female in the verandah.
