Belle is wanted for questioning in connection with a serious criminal matter, his last known address is #125 Denton Road, Grazettes St Michael. Police issued the following description of Belle: He is approximately five feet, seven inches tall, slim and has a light brown complexion, He has an oval-shaped face, protruding ears, wide-set eyes and wears spectacles. He has dreadlocks along with and a one-inch slanted scar in the centre of his forehead. He has the word “Hess” on the left hand along with the image of a bird, on his right hand, he has a tattoo with the words “thug life” And the image of clasp hands. He also has a tattoo of the word “thug” on the right side of his neck and the word “life” on the left side of his neck. Belle is advised that he can present himself to the Holetown Police Station accompanied by an attorney at law of his choice.
