In a press statement, Police Public Relations Officer Inspector (ag) Rodney Inniss said 40-year-old Andrew Dwayne Burgess of Airy Hill St Joseph, 24-year-old Ramario O’Neal Boxhill of 3rd Avenue Springer’s Garden St Michael and 25-year-old Jadai Junior Clarke of School Lane, Halls Road St Micheal are all scheduled to appear in the District ‘A’ Magistrate’s Court this morning. Burgess is charged with five offences: Criminal damage, use of a firearm, violent disorder, endangering life, and assault to with intent prevent lawful apprehension. Boxhill is charged with four offences: Criminal damage, use of a firearm, violent disorder and endangering life. Meanwhile, Clarke is charged with six offences: Criminal damage, use of a firearm, violent disorder, endangering life, possession of ammunition and two counts of assault to with intent prevent lawful apprehension.
