Kishmar Decarlos Hall, 33, of Roberts Road, Haggatt Hall pleaded guilty yesterday to two theft charges. On September 14, he stole a $2200 cellphone from Damian Browne and nine days before that he stole a $600 cellphone belonging to Semon Thomas. Hall, who said he is currently in a walk-in programme at the Psychiatric Hospital, has 18 previous convictions. In one of the theft matters, the complainant had been using his cellphone when Hall approached and asked to borrow it. The complainant, who was talking to his girlfriend at the time, ignored Hall who then snatched the phone and ran.
