Minister of Education, Technological and Vocational Training, Santia Bradshaw announced the closure Sunday evening. She said the closure will last for 14 days from Monday, October 5. That cleaning will start from this week, she said. The affected student is 15 years old and is in 5th form. โFrom all reports received thus far she is doing well,โ Bradshaw said. โI would want, on behalf of the Ministry of Education, to wish her a speedy recovery as I am sure she is anxious to return to school as quickly as possible. โI would also want to extend best wishes to her her family as well because I know that they too have been affected by COVID-19 at this point in time,โ Bradshaw added.
