Jamar Akeem Nathaniel Powlett, of Block 2A, Bottom Close, Wildey, St Michael is accused of committing the act on the 13-year-old girl, on August 16, November 2 and November 16. He could not plead to the indictable charges when he appeared before Chief Magistrate Ian Weekes on Saturday and the prosecutor objected to his bail on several counts.
