During the period Thursday, January 14, through Monday, January 18, the EAS experienced a temporary service disruption which resulted in difficulty receiving calls via its 511 number. However, following a joint investigation by the QEH IT Department and Flow (Barbados) the source of the disruption was identified and the issue swiftly resolved.
