These cases were identified out of 870 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory on Thursday, May 6. Meanwhile, 16 persons have recovered from the viral illness and were discharged. There are 106 persons in isolation. Barbados has recorded 3,931 confirmed cases (1,898 females and 2,033 males) since last March, from the 157,606 tests carried out by the public health laboratory. There have been 3,847 recoveries and 45 deaths.
