They are Xenico O’Neal Moore, 20, of Vauxhall, Christ Church; Trevor Junior Griffith, 38, of Block 16E Gall Hill Housing Area and Julian Renaldo Nicholls, 28, of Montrose, Christ Church. Moore is accused of recklessly and unlawfully discharging a firearm along Gall Hill in a manner that placed Renico Busby in danger of death or serious bodily harm on May 12. Griffith and Nicholls are charged that on the same date they recklessly and unlawfully discharged a firearm along Cane Vale Crescent #1 in a manner that placed Raul Clarke, Rickim Catlyn and Ronaldo Ellis in danger of death or serious bodily harm. They were not required to plead to the indictable charges when they appeared before Magistrate Deidre McKenna today. The accused were remanded to reappear before the Oistins Magistrates’ Court on June 14.
