The initiative is for persons who received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine before April 1, 2021, but who have not, to date, received their second dose or an appointment. The polyclinic is open today, Saturday, May 22, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. along with the Masonic Centre in Salters, St George, and the St Joseph Primary School, Horse Hill, St Joseph. On Sunday, May 23, the open day will be held at the Barbados Investment and Development Corporation (BIDC), Building No. 2, Harbour Road, St Michael, also from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. The Unit reminds persons to walk with their blue vaccination cards in order to receive the second dose.
