The facility conducted 1,056 tests on Monday, August 2. The number of people in isolation is 112. Since March 2020, confirmed cases of COVID-19 have reached 4,422 (2,147 females and 2,275 males). The death toll from the virus is 48. A total of 221,564 tests have been carried out by the laboratory. The National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19 has seen 99,925 people receive first doses of the vaccines. Additionally, 76,554 persons or 28.2 per cent of the population have been administered second doses and are fully vaccinated.
