(BTI) wishes to inform the public that there will be temporary traffic changes at Halls Road and the James A Tudor Roundabout, as a result of the ongoing Constitution River Redevelopment Project. These changes will commence from Friday, August 20, 2021 until Saturday, September 4, 2021, should the weather permit the scheduled works. From August 20 to 23, motorists entering and exiting The City via Halls Road using the roundabout are asked to note that there will be single lane traffic at the corner of Halls Road and the James A Tudor Roundabout. From August 24 to September 4, motorists entering The City via the Tweedside Road and Harmony Hall will exit at the James A Tudor Roundabout. Motorists are asked to expect delays and exercise extreme caution. Alternative routes should be utilized, where possible. Traffic signs will be erected and flag personnel will be on duty to assist with the traffic flow.
