It does not mean that flooding will occur, but it is possible. Maximum rainfall accumulations of 1 to 2 inches are possible later this morning as unsettled conditions linger across Barbados. This watch may be upgraded to a warning at short notice if conditions warrant. Key Message: Residents and visitors should note that the following impacts may occur during this forecast period:- โ Significant runoff from higher elevations. โ Significant soil erosion is likely on exposed or scarred land surfaces. โ Large water settlements on roads and fields. โ Significant adjustments to water levels of existing water bodies (ponds etc.).
