Persons have the options of the AstraZeneca, Pfizer or Sinopharm vaccines when they visit the sites. ย They can walk in without an appointment. The centres which are open today, Thursday, August 26, are Harrison College, Crumpton Street, St. Michael; the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Mile-and-a-Quarter, St. Peter, and the Sharon Moravian Church Hall, Sharon, St. Thomas. The Unit further advised that the vaccination centre at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church in Mile-and-a-Quarter does not operate on Fridays. Additionally, persons who need to get their second dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine are urged walk into the centres to receive the injection.
