The forecasters also urged residents and visitors to be prepared for possible significant runoff from higher elevations, significant soil erosion, large water settlements on roads and fields, significant delays on traffic routes with some roads possibly impassable and significant flooding at the foot of hillsides and coastal roads. The warning will be terminated at 6 p.m., or sooner if conditions warrant.
