Persons are asked to visit the Barbados Licensing Authority, The Pine, from Monday to Friday, between 5:00 and 10:00 p.m. First time licence holders are reminded that they must walk with their pass certificate, Barbados Identification Card or passport and their receipt. Persons transferring to a Barbados Licence from an overseas licence must walk with their overseas licence, Barbados Identification Card or passport and their receipt. Only 100 tickets will be issued daily from 5:00 p.m., and only one ticket will be issued per person. This is to ensure that there is adequate social distancing. Plastic drivers’ licences will not be issued at any of the Barbados Licensing Authority locations. All drivers’ licences will be delivered via the General Post Office’s courier service.
