Barnard, whose last known address is Licorish Village, My Lords Hill, St. Michael, turned himself in at Black Rock Police Station on Wednesday, December 29th, 2021, accompanied by an attorney-at-law, police said. Barnard was subsequently charged and appeared at the District “A” Criminal Court where the matter was adjudicated.
