John Martin Trotman, of Applegrove, Black Rock, St Michael is alleged to have committed the crime against Cyralene Gaskin on January 19 causing her actual harm. He pleaded not guilty to the offence before Magistrate Deidre McKenna at the Oistins Magistrates’ Court on Thursday. There was no objection to bail from prosecutor Station Sergeant Peter Barrow and the accused has been ordered to stay away from the complainant.
