Magistrate Manila Renee gave the adjournment date to Dwayne Rommel Hamilton Harris, of 1B St Barnabas, St Michael when he appeared before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court located at Cane Garden, St Thomas. Harris is charged with using the threatening words “You ain’t giving her no key. I gine shoot you” towards Kirk Elcock on January 17 which caused him to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him. He also charged with unlawfully damaging a motorcar belonging to Elcock on the same day intending to damage such property or was reckless as to whether such property would be damaged. When the matter continues before Magistrate Renee the complainant is also expected to be present in court. In the meantime Harris, a logistics director, is on $2 500 bail with one surety.
