Marvin Dorwaine Cole, of Sunset Crest, St James is alleged to have committed the crime against Keisha Boyce on December 5, 2021, causing her actual bodily harm. He pleaded not guilty to the charge when he appeared before Magistrate Manila Renee on Tuesday. There was no objection to bail from Station Sergeant Vernon Waithe and the accused secured the $750 sum with one surety. He will make his next appearance before the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court on February 22. In the meantime, he has been warned to stay away from the complainant in the matter.
