The cases comprised 28 persons under the age of 18, and 122 who were 18 years and older. There were 53 people in isolation facilities, while 1,518 were in home isolation. Three people died from the viral illness; a 32-year-old vaccinated man; an 80-year-old unvaccinated woman and an 84-year-old unvaccinated man. As at March 4, the virus had claimed 319 lives. The public health laboratory has carried out 590,700 tests since February 2020, and recorded 56,013 COVID-19 cases (26,001 males and 30,012 females).
