Tarvian Victor Jyair Eastmond, of Risk Road, Fitts Village, St James, is accused of having possession of a gun and four rounds of ammunition without the necessary licences or permits to do so. The crime was reportedly committed, in his constituency, on March 19. The 16-year-old could not plead to the indictable charges when he appeared before Magistrate Wayne Clarke on Monday. Eastmond, who is represented by attorneys-at-law Michael Lashley Q.C., Simon Clarke and Ken Mason, will make his next appearance before the District ‘E’ Magistrates’ Court on April 11.
