A man who was found with four bullets almost five years ago is expected to know his fate when he reappears before the High Court next month.

But Justice Carlisle Greaves has advised Ramon Kevin Sealy that he should “bring money” when he comes back for sentencing.

The Lascelles Terrace, Pine, St Michael resident pleaded guilty on Tuesday to having the ammunition on October 26, 2017, without a valid permit.

His lawyer, Angella Mitchell-Gittens, and Principal Crown Counsel Krystal Delaney and Acting Senior Crown Counsel Rudolph Burnett will submit submissions in writing to Justice Greaves by March 28.

Information about the length of time Sealy has spent on remand in connection with the offence as well as any previous convictions are expected to be made available to the court by that time.

Sealy will reappear before the No. 3 Supreme Court on April 1 for sentencing.

“Bring money with you. If you got ammunition in one pocket, money must be in the next; a lot of money,” the judge told the convicted man, who remains on bail, before adjourning the case.
