The cases consisted of 46 persons under the age of 18, and 234 who were 18 years and older. There were 73 people in isolation facilities, while 2,270 were in home isolation. As at August 22, there were 532 COVID-19 related deaths. The laboratories conducted 750,225 tests since February 2020, and recorded 99,970 COVID-19 cases (45,180 males and 54,790 females). Under the National Vaccination Programme for COVID-19, the total number of persons with at least one dose is 163,136 (71.4 per cent of the eligible population). The total number of fully vaccinated persons is 154,285 (56.9 per cent of the total population or 67.5 per cent of the eligible population). The eligible population represents those persons who are 12 years and older.
