Three injured in shooting incident on Monday night

Three people were injured in a shooting incident in The City on Monday night.

Police said that around 8:40, two persons on a motorcycle travelling along Nelson Street, discharged a number of rounds at persons on the block.

The three victims are being treated at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact police.

Police have assured that all information would remain strictly confidential.
