The showcase targets third form students who will have to make subject choices at the end of the school year and fifth form students considering tertiary level education. The event, which runs from 9:00 a.m. to noon, aims to bring awareness to CVQ career possibilities for students. Principal Reverend Stephen Scott, and Senior Education Officer (Secondary), with responsibility for CVQ, Henderson Wiltshire, will address the students at the opening of the Career Showcase. There will also be displays by the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Council, the Samuel Jackman Prescod Institute of Technology, the Career Development Institute, and several small businesses as they showcase careers for the future.
