The 23-year-old, who is a former student at Princess Margaret Secondary School, is celebrating his interior design business Dylan’s Interiors’ first anniversary. The company, which launched March 1, 2022, was founded due to his love for interior design. “I just had a love for designing. I followed the work other designers were doing in Barbados and abroad. After seeing their work, it gave me the courage to pursue my own interior design business,” he said. Bovell whose business is located in Platinum Heights, Gibbons, Christ Church, said he offers consulting services, space planning, materials and finishes selections, source procurement and project management. The young businessman said that although there are a lot of interior designers on island his business is unique because he customizes his interior designs to the specific needs of his clients.
