Staff are expected to meet with ministry officials instead. In a statement issued late Thursday, Chief Education Officer Dr Ramona Archer-Bradshaw informed there would be no classes for students in Forms 1 to 5. However, all Upper 5th students writing the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) English A exam are still required to report to school to sit that test. “This closure is to facilitate an urgent meeting with members of staff and the Ministry of Education,” she said.
