Her body was found floating in the water at Port St Charles Marina, Heywoods, St Peter, around 3:45 p.m. People sitting at a nearby bar had raised alarm on seeing the body and a family member identified her. Thoroughgood resided at Green Oxted, Surrey, United Kingdom and was staying at Port St Charles Marina. Police are asking anyone with any information that can assist in their investigations to call the District ‘E’ Police Station at 419-1730, Police Emergency at 211, Crime Stoppers at 1800-TIPS (8477), or the nearest police station.
