Frayer clinched the championship by winning the challenging Pedal Bim full island road race on Sunday. Riding for the Legion of Los Angeles team, Frayer began the race in third place overall. He trailed behind Jonny Brown and Tanner Ward of the Miami Blazers. The Pedal Bim road race offered a substantial 50 points to the winner, and Frayer seized this opportunity with aplomb. He completed the demanding 135 kilometre loop ahead of the competition, outpacing Gregory Vanderpool and James Somerfield, who settled for second and third place, respectively. Tanner Ward crossed the finish line in fourth place, while Emile Abraham secured the fifth spot. He accumulated a total of 93 points, including a commendable fourth-place finish at the Pedal Loop on Friday in Warrens, and consecutive wins at Pedal Jam on Saturday at Bushy Park and Sunday’s Pedal Bim. Ward clinched second place overall, finishing with 82 points, closely followed by Brown with 80 points. Lucas Bourgoyne rounded out the top four with 72 points. In the Division 2 category, Ron Greaves established his dominance by securing the road race title, which ultimately led to him clinching the overall championship trophy. Greaves impressively finished with a total of 98 points, leaving Daniel Lashey (86 points) and Allan Maynard (77 points) trailing behind. The Tour de Bim, officially sanctioned by the Barbados Cycling Union (BCU), concluded on a high note with the presentation ceremony on Sunday evening.
