A 20-year-old unemployed man has to report to the Black Rock Police Station every Monday after being granted bail on assault and trespassing charges.

Davyn Ajani Adamson of Lower Richmond Gap, St Michael pleaded not guilty to assaulting Nynoka King and Johnathan King, unlawfully entering the premises of James Taylor and misconducting himself in a threatening manner, and using threatening words, to wit ‘I gine blow off your face” to Johnathan King that caused him to believe that immediate and unlawful violence would be used against him.

The offences allegedly took place on October 17, 2023.

Appearing before Magistrate Bernadeth John in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court, Adamson was placed on $2 000 bail with one surety.

John warned him to stay away from the virtual complainants and to report to the police station between 6 a.m. and noon on Mondays.

The matter was adjourned until January 19, 2024.
