The 58-year-old appeared in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court on Friday charged with stealing $35 000, the proceeds of a Republic Bank (B’dos) Limited cheque payable to Leroy Hall and drawn on the account of Barbados Public Workers Cooperative Credit Union Limited; and $8 000 in cash, belonging to Clarence Burrows. Ince was not required to plead to the indictable offence and was placed on $20 000 bail with one surety. The accused, who is represented by attorney-at-law Vincent Watson, has to report to the District ‘D’ Police Station every Tuesday before 10 a.m. The matter was adjourned until March 1, 2024.
