She has been identified as Kandi Michelle Douglas of #7 Seaview Road, Chancery Lane, Christ Church. According to police, they received a report around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday that a female had collapsed and was unresponsive while at an establishment named Incognito located at Maxwell Main Road, Christ Church.
