Director of Constitutional Studies at the University of Texas, Austin, Professor Richard Albert has hailed as a defining moment in Barbados’ history, the country’s move toward a significant overhaul of its constitution. He shared his views and insight last night as he delivered a public lecture hosted by the Constitution Reform Commission.
