Update: House fire at Wellington Street, St Michael

Police are continuing investigations into a fire that impacted 12 houses at Wellington Street, St Michael that occurred around 10:20 p.m. on Sunday.

According to a police statement, six houses were damaged, two extensively damaged, and another four were moderately damaged.

Acting Fire Chief Henderson Patrick, Deputy Fire Chief Patrick Edwards, Divisional Officer Wayne Vaughan, and three other senior officers led a team of 16 fire officers and three tenders on the scene.
